Improving the quality of comparative studies is essential. Fortunately, ESPAnet provides a fora for smaller workshop where leading scholars on methodology meet and coach the most promising PhD scholars. This year Professor Bernhard Ebbinghaus organize an international PhD workshop in Mannheim 4-6 July 2013.
