Attended the annual conference of the Danish European Community Studies Association organized by the Center for European Politics at Copenhagen University. 50 scholars spanning many disciplines, subject fields and national backgrounds cannot be wrong: the role of the European Union in national policy making is on the increase and the European Union is itself at a cross-roads. Gave a paper on the social consequences of austerity policies in EU27.
